3. Return & Exchange Policy

🚫 No Returns or Exchanges are accepted once the product is delivered.
Perfume products are non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, and fragrance authenticity reasons.

4. Damaged or Wrong Product

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• We will review your complaint and, if valid, arrange a replacement.
• Customers must provide unboxing video/photos as proof in case of damage or wrong product.
