  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of product unavailability, pricing errors, or fraudulent transactions.

3. Payments

  • We accept payments via UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and Wallets.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available in select regions.
  • Payment must be completed before order dispatch (except COD orders).

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped within 2–5 business days of confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier service, and unforeseen circumstances.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Perfume products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • In case you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@nnnperfume.in with unboxing video proof.
  • Replacement (if eligible) will be processed after verification.

6. User Responsibilities

  • You agree not to misuse the website, attempt fraud, or violate any applicable laws.
